PROPERTY GUARD GOLD - £359

The Property Guard Gold system with built in Vocom Speech Dialler will not only warn off intruders with its external sounder, it will also contact you directly to inform you of an alarm activation (no annual fees apply). The system comes fully installed with a 12 month parts and labour guarantee. The complete system includes the following equipment:

1 x GardTec 490X 8 fully programmable zone control panel.
This panel will be installed in a safe, unobtrusive position near a mains supply.

1 x GardTec Profile Backlit English Text Remote Keypad.
The Keypad will be installed in a convenient location near to the entry/exit area.


1 x surface Contact
This will be fitted to the allocated entry/exit door. A chime facility is available on this zone if required.


3 x Gardscan QX PIR's
These will be installed in the areas of your choice. Lounge, Kitchen, Landing for example.


1 x Nova 20 Bell Box.
109dB External bell box with twin alternating LEDs visible though lens. Usually located to the front or side of the property.

PLUS
1 x Nova 20 Dummy Box.
Usually located to the rear of the property, (not shown)

1x2 Amp Hr Battery Back-Up.
Located inside the main control panel, this will normally run the system for 6 hours.

Full Set: By entering your user code followed by the Yes button the system will give out an exit tone and start the exit timer. All Zones Armed.

Part Set 1: Used to omit designated zones. This may be a landing PIR for a night set for example.

Part Set 2 & 3: These can also be programmed to omit zones of your choice. Part Set 2 could be used to arm outbuildings, such as your garage for example while you are in your home.

Panic Button: Pressing the two PA Keys ( 1 & 3 on the Keypad ) at the same time starts a Personal Attack Alarm Condition.

Chime: Doors and windows fitted with surface contacts can be programmed to chime when the alarm is unset. This means that if your doors or windows are opened the keypad will give out a chime tone to alert you that a door or window has been opened.

Communication: The alarm system will be connected to your land line telephone system. Up to 4 Telephone numbers (landline or mobile ) can be programmed into the communicator. Please note you must have a telephone landline connected to your property for this facility. If a broadband filter is required an additional cost applies. *
