Property Guard GT490X Wireless Alarm Package - from £509

Insurance approved system to prEN 50131: 2004 Grade 2x and compliant to PD6662: 2004

The "user friendly" GT490X wireless alarm system has 8 wired fully programmable zones and up to 16 wireless zones.

Its stylish contour full English text display remote keypad will blend discreetly into its surrounding and compliment any home. The keypad will also relay the alarm panel's function tones as well as its optional door chime facility.

*The GT490X supports a onboard voice communicator (Vo-com) option, so it will not only warn off intruders with its external sounder, It will contact you directly to inform you of an alarm activation.

The complete package includes the following equipment:

1 x GT490X 8 fully programmable zone control panel with 1 x 8 zone wireless receiver.
Equipment will be installed in a safe, unobtrusive position near a mains power supply.

1 x GT490X Contour wired English Text Remote Keypad.
The keypad will be installed in a convenient location.

1 x Property Guard wired Nova 20 Bell Box.
109dB External bell box with twin alternating LEDs visible though lens. Strobe set confirmation when alarm is set using a wireless keyfob.

2 x Wireless Keyfobs.
Used to full set and unset the alarm system. The fob also has a panic button facility.

4 x Wireless Devices of your choice.
Choose any four of the following wireless devices to suit your requirements:

1 x 3 Amp Hr Back-Up Battery.
Located inside the GT595 control panel.

1 x Dummy Property Guard Nova 20 Bell Box.
Normally fitted to rear of property or garage.

GT595 alarm installations come with a 1 year parts and labour guarantee. After this period we offer annual maintenance plans to meet your
requirements.

Additional Features

Full Set: By entering your user code followed by the Yes button the system will give out an exit tone and starts the exit timer. All Zones Armed. Or you can Full Set the alarm using the Wireless Fob.

Part Set 1: Will set the Alarm and omit designated zones. This may be a landing PIR for a night set for example.

Part Set 2 & 3: These can also be programmed to omit zones of your choice. Part Set 2 could be used to arm outbuildings, such as your garage for example while you are in your home.

Panic Button: Pressing the two PA Keys ( 1 & 3 on the Keypad ) at the same time starts a Personal Attack Alarm Condition. There is also a Panic facility on the Wireless Fob.

Chime: Doors and windows fitted with surface contacts can be programmed to chime when the alarm is unset. This means that if your doors or windows are opened the keypad will give out a chime tone to alert you that someone has entered.

Communication: The alarm system wilt be connected to your landline telephone system. Up to 4 Telephone numbers (landline or mobile) can be programmed into the communicator. Please note you must have a telephone landline connected to your property for this facility. If a broadband filter is required an additional cost applies.*

Pet Friendly: Upgrade the standard PIR to Pet Friendly PIRs for only an additional £10.
