Getting your alarm system serviced and fully tested on a regular basis is an extremely wise investment because a maintained system is proven to be much more reliable than one that isn't.

Most home insurance companies require that your alarm is annually maintained by an approved company as part of their policy.

We can service and take over any professionally installed alarm system, installed by any alarm company. So, if your alarm company has gone out of business, or if you feel that your current company are charging you too much for their services. We most likely can offer you a better service for less money! Our Comprehensive Plus Service also gives your existing alarm system a newly installed look from the exterior.

The average house alarm service only takes about half an hour or so to service. We carry out a 25 point Service Check on your alarm system and present you with a written Routine Inspection Report and advise of any faults found and offer advice on the best way to resolve them.

If your alarm system is regularly serviced and maintained it should give you may trouble free years of service, but should it ever fail you. You will have the peace of mind that we are always there to help you.

2x Free engineer call outs are office hours only. Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm.

Out of hours engineer call out charges to service agreement customers are charged at £20.00 per visit.

Call outs to out of warranty alarm systems are charges at £40.00 per visit (office hours), plus the cost of service cover required. Please note: we do not respond to out of warranty alarm systems outside of our office hours.

No replacement parts are included in the service except for our Comprehensive Plus Upgrade service. All other replacement parts that may be required are chargeable and prices will be agreed before installation.

Replacement back-up battery is one 2.4Amp Hr battery per system.

Replacement live bell box is one Property Guard Nova-gard 2 bell box per system.

Dummy bell boxes are £15.00 per bell box should any be required.
