PROPERTY GUARD WIRELESS PLATINUM - £469
The Property Guard Platinum Wireless system with built in Vocom Speech Dialler
works in the same way as our Gold system other than it benefits from ease of
installation with less upset for the customer. Also an excellent choice if you have
flooring which is unable to be taken up.
The system comes fully installed with a 12 month parts and labour guarantee. The
complete system includes the following equipment:
 1 x GardTec 490X 8 fully programmable zone control panel.
This panel will be installed in a safe, unobtrusive position near a mains supply.
 1 x GardTec Profile Backlit English Text Remote Keypad.
The Keypad will be installed in a convenient location near to the entry/exit area.
 1x8 Zone Wireless Receiver.
This unit will be located adjacent to the 490X Control Panel.
 1 x Wireless surface Contact.
This will be fitted to the allocated entry/exit door. A chime facility is available on this
zone if required.
 3 x Wireless PIRs.
These will be installed in the areas of your choice. Lounge, Kitchen, Landing for
example.
 2 x Wireless Fobs.
Used to full set and unset the alarm system. The fob also has a panic button facility.
 1 x Nova 20 Bell Box.
109dB External bell box with twin alternating LEDs visible though lens.
Strobe set confirmation when the alarm is full set via the Wireless Fob.
PLUS
1 x Nova 20 Dummy Box.
Usually located to the rear of the property, (not shown)
1x2 Amp Hr Battery Back-Up.
Located inside the main control panel, this will normally run the system for 6 hours.

Additional Features
Full Set: By entering your user code followed by the Yes button the system will give
out an exit tone and starts the exit timer. All Zones Armed.
Or you can Full Set the alarm using the Wireless Fob.
Part Set 1: Will set the Alarm and omit designated zones. This may be a landing PIR
for a night set for example.
Part Set 2 & 3: These can also be programmed to omit zones of your choice. Part Set
2 could be used to arm outbuildings, such as your garage for example while you are in
your home.
Panic Button: Pressing the two PA Keys ( 1 & 3 on the Keypad ) at the same time
starts a Personal Attack Alarm Condition. There is also a Panic facility on the Wireless Fob.
Chime: Doors and windows fitted with surface contacts can be programmed to chime
when the alarm is unset. This means that if your doors or windows are opened the
keypad will give out a chime tone to alert you that someone has entered.
Communication: The alarm system wilt be connected to your landline telephone
system. Up to 4 Telephone numbers (landline or mobile) can be programmed into the
communicator.
Please note you must have a telephone landline connected to your property for this
facility.
If a broadband filter is required an additional cost applies.*
Pet Friendly: Upgrade the standard PIR to Pet Friendly PIR's for only an additional £10.
