PROPERTY GUARD BRONZE - £249
The Property Guard Bronze system has everything you need to protect your home and family. It offers unbeatable value for money and comes fully installed with a 12 month parts and labour guarantee. The complete system includes the following equipment.
 1 x GardTec 350+ 5 Zone Control Panel.
This panel will be installed in a safe, unobtrusive position with easy access from the Entry/Exit areas.
 1 x Surface Contact.
This will be fitted to the allocated entry/exit door. A chime facility is available on this zone if required.
 2 x Gardscan QX PIRs.
These will be installed in the areas of your choice. Lounge, Kitchen etc.
 1 x Nova 20 Bell Box.
109dB External bell box with twin alternating LEDs visible though lens.
PLUS
1x Nova 20 Dummy Bell Box.
Usually located to the rear of the property. (not shown)
1 x 2 Amp Hr Battery Back-Up.
Located inside the main control panel, this will normally run the system for 6 hours.

Additional Features.
Full Set: By entering you user code the system will give an exit tone and starts the exit timer. All Zones Armed.
Part Set: By pressing the part set button followed by your user code the system will set but will omit designated zones. This may be a landing PIR for a night set for example.
Panic Button: Pressing the two PA Keys ( 1&3on the keypad ) at the same time starts a Personal Attack Alarm Condition.
Chime: Doors/windows fitted with surface contacts can be programmed to chime when the alarm is unset. This means that if your doors or windows are opened the keypad will give out a chime tone to alert you that someone has entered.
